Our statement about indexing

Indexing things are totally beyond our control. Being a publisher (or as the editor), we have no power to affect anything about whether/when a published paper can be indexed. Therefore, we do not promise when/whether a published paper can be covered/indexed in a certain database. This is simply because indexing is not a part of our business. We hope all authors understand this situation. Publication fees are not refundable unless the publication of the paper has been cancelled because of our reason.
